Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at officialshivora.store@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
- Perishable goods
- Personal care products where hygiene concerns apply
- If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
Currently, Shivora does not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that banks, payment gateways, and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at officialshivora.store@gmail.com.
To process such claims, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The shipping label is visible on the package
- The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
- The damaged, defective, or incorrect item received
Claims submitted without a clear unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Once our team reviews the evidence, we will provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
